HICHAM ADANFARI · FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Founder, experience and strategic vision.

Leadership in Global Markets is not defined by technical breadth alone. It requires the judgment to make assumptions explicit, assign accountability and act with discipline when evidence is incomplete.

Seven principles for an advisory relationship

These principles express a proposed orientation and approach. They are neither held titles nor evidence of completed engagements. The biography above remains distinct from this charter.

  • Strategic Vision

Connect a precise diagnosis to choices and coherent actions rather than a list of ambitions.

  • Executive Judgment

Present a conclusion, evidence, disagreements and conditions that would justify changing the view.

  • Client Trust & Integrity

Listen before proposing; clarify interests, confidentiality, potential conflicts and mandate limits.

  • Value Creation

Distinguish growth, profitability and value. Agree a baseline and constraints before defining a metric.

  • Organizational Leadership

Define who decides, executes and challenges. Verify adoption beyond project delivery.

  • Intellectual Rigor

Make assumptions, data, calculations and limitations reviewable; revise conclusions when evidence requires it.

  • Long-Term Thinking

Test delayed effects, dependencies and resilience without equating a single improvement with sustained change.
